We successfully closed on the property on 4/4/2019. It was a easy journey until about two weeks before, then it hit the fan and we had all sorts of little problems pop up. Now that we are in the house, we've been doing all sorts of construction - finishing out the basement for a bar, office and another bedroom; updating the kitchen with new countertops, cabinets, appliances, and backsplash; putting in two full hook-up RV spots, one 30a and the other 50a.
